You will support the Locality Manager to ensure we provide a high quality service to the people we support.  You will undertake a variety of delegated management tasks to be performed during your off-rota time and will deputise for the Locality Manager during their absence.

You will be working across multiple services, so although being a driver is not essential it is preferable.

Some of the services and people we support have complex health needs and complex behaviours.

The total annual pay for the role is currently £23080.25 made up of a basic salary of £21470.00 plus an additional 7.5% annual allowance for 15 off rota hours of £1610.25.

About you

You already have proven professional qualities, including:

  • Experience of working with people with a wide range of needs, for example, autism and complex learning disabilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the personalisation agenda and active support provision
  • The willingness to work towards a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care/Leadership and Management for Care Services
