More About the Role

As our new Assistant Locality Manager, you will:

  • Provide positive, tailored, person-centred support to the eight people we aid across three homes all of whom have learning disabilities, complex needs and who may demonstrate different behaviours of distress,
  • Provide day-to-day support to your Locality Manager. This support includes but is not limited to; helping them with paperwork, organising rotas, being involved with recruitment, etc., and;
  • Helping to coach, motivate, and manage the support staff for your area

Please Note 

  • This role will include both off rota and on rota hours which may include sleep ins and occasional weekends, and that some of the people we support in Bicester will require intimate personal care and assistance with mobility.
  • The total annual pay for the role is currently made up of a basic salary of £22525.78 plus an additional 15% annual allowance for 15 hours off rota £1689.43 which equates to £24215.21
