Our forensic services in Hertfordshire are growing and we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and values-driven person who is passionate about person-centred care to join us as an Assistant Locality Manager externally known as Team leader/ Assistant Manager and/or Care Supervisor. This role is ideal for people who want to grow professionally and take on more responsibility.
Purpose of the role:
As an integral part of the local management team, the Assistant Locality Manager will support the locality manager to ensure we provide a high-quality service to the people we support. You will work closely with your manager to ensure that services within your locality are delivered in a way that puts the people we support at the centre of their support by promoting: rights, choice, dignity, and diversity, which follows our principles of personalised services.
You will undertake a variety of delegated management tasks and will deputise for the locality manager during his absence. This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within the management sector whilst spending time working within services providing hands on support. The total annual pay for the role is currently £26,984 made up of a basic salary of £23,464.35 plus an additional 15% annual allowance for 37.5 off rota hours of £3,519.65.
This is a full-time position where you will be working 37.5 hours per week off-rota. You will be required to work flexibly and be part of a team on call.
