Our team is growing and we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and values-driven person who is passionate about person-centered care to join us as an Assistant Locality Manager across 2 localities in Hampshire.

This role is ideal for people who want to grow professionally and take on more responsibility whilst still being able to provide the direct support that’s so incredibly rewarding - it's the best of both worlds!

Day to day you will provide logistical support to the Locality Manager as well as exceptional hands-on care to the people we support in our services. You will work 2 days off rota and 3 days on rota.

The total annual pay for the role is currently £24,215.21 made up of a basic salary of £22,525.78 plus an additional 7.5% annual allowance for 15 off rota hours of £1,689.43.

About you

You already have proven professional qualities, including:

  • Experience of working with people with a wide range of needs, for example, autism and complex learning disabilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the personalisation agenda and active support provision
  • The willingness to work towards a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care/Leadership and Management for Care Services
