The Executive Assistant is responsible for the provision of high-quality, comprehensive and responsive executive level support to the Group Director of Customer Experience with some support to the Chair and other Executive/Clinical Directors as required. The Executive Assistant would work as part of an Executive Support Team.

The role is Home Based with occasional travel for team meetings.

Interviews will take place via Microsoft teams on 28th January.

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

  • Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Group Director of Customer Experience.
  • There may sometimes be support needed for the Chair of the Board and other members of the Executive Team.
  • Maintain diaries effectively, including scheduling and co-ordinating appointments, tracking movements and arranging associated travel, accommodation, meeting venues, etc.
  • Arranging and servicing allocated Committee / Board meetings from arranging times, venues, attendance of participants and catering requirements through to preparing and issuing agendas, collating, drafting and circulating Board reports and taking and distributing minutes, all within required timescales.

About you

The successful applicant will have: 

  • Minimum 2-3 years demonstrable experience in senior Director/Executive Assistant Role
  • Substantial experience including extensive diary management, governance servicing and information gathering
  • Confident in drafting correspondence, producing letters, reports and presentations for a variety of audiences
  • Able to demonstrate excellent IT skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including an ability to respond to new developments in IT.
