We are currently expanding our new Floating Support Staff team to the South region and we are looking for female carers to work in Poole and the surrounding areas.  As a Floating Support Worker for Dimensions, your job will be to work with a variety of different people, supporting them in their own homes to live happy and fulfilled lives.  Unlike an agency, contracted hours are guaranteed and we offer part-time and fulltime contracts.  

Floating Support Worker duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • To work in a variety of locations
  • Assisting with activities
  • Support with accessing the community
  • Providing personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Money handling
  • Food preparation
  • Keeping training up to date
  • Monitoring health and wellbeing
  • Recording accurate and factual notes

Whether you are new to care or an experienced support worker, all training is provided to ensure you have the best skills for the job.

A full UK driving license would be beneficial but not essential.  We offer a Help To Drive scheme to support our staff with learning to drive.
