Are you new to care or are you an experienced Support Worker?

At Dimensions, we are currently expanding our new Floating Support Worker team to the South region and we are looking for female Support Workers in Poole and the surrounding areas.  We offer part-time and fulltime contracts and hours are guaranteed.  All training is provided.

As a Floating Support Worker for Dimensions, your role will be to work with a variety of different people, supporting them in their own homes to live happy and fulfilled lives.

Floating Support Worker duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with activities
  • Support with accessing the community
  • Providing personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Money handling
  • Food preparation
  • Keeping training up to date

A full UK driving license would be beneficial but not essential.  We offer a Help To Drive scheme to support our staff with learning to drive.
