Support Worker - Female 

Waking nights (From 8pm - 8am) 
Full time and Part time 

We are looking for thoughtful, caring and inspiring people to join our team of Support Workers in Bournemouth.

This role will involves supporting a lady and gentleman together in their own home throughout the night.
The lady has learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy and requires support with all aspects of her life such as personal care, cleaning and meal prep. The gentleman is in his 40s and is great fun to support. He has an outgoing and fun personality. During the day he enjoys reading books, watching films and listening to music. He has dysphagia and is non-verbal so uses sign to communicate. He needs lots of support with feeding, has a hoist and is wheelchair bound.
This is a lone working role therefore need to feel confident with supporting two people at one time.
Throughout the night, you will check at regular intervals to ensure they are comfortable. You will complete all housework, including the cleaning and laundry, ad update written records using IT systems, including updating support plans, and heath and safety records.
