Location: Bromsgrove (B60)
Pay rate: £11.66 per hour
Full time role: 31.5 hours

If you're looking to be a part of an award-winning, life-changing, not-for-profit charity - where you can make a profound and real difference to the lives of those living with learning disabilities and autism, then look no further than becoming one of our newest Female Support Workers based in Bromsgrove.

We are looking for a caring Support Worker to join our waking nights team to support four adults overnight in their shared bungalow. The people we support are both male and female, have learning disabilities and some complex health needs including PEG feeding and epilepsy (additional training will be provided for this). There is also manual handling support required in this home as we overhead tracking hoists in all bedrooms. Your role will be to make sure our residents are comfortable through the night and assist with any personal care support needs they may have including changing pads. You will also contribute to domestic tasks and general tidiness of the bungalow to help prepare for the following day.

Shifts: 9:15pm to 7:45am. You will be working three 10.5 hour shifts per week. We are looking for people with the flexibility to work across our rota which will include both weekdays and weekends.

Dimensions is proud to be one of very few social care organisations that are accredited by the Great Places To Work programme in 2023 – now 5 years in a row!
