we support 2 young people on a 1-1 basis to access a local day service provision with Marton area on Middlesbrough, the service has close access to local bus services and parking at the location.  you will work as part of a wider multi disciplinary team, working closely with colleagues in the local authrority and the NHS. 

typical shift pattern are monday til friday between the hours of 0845 and 1615. with a wide range of partime vaccancies avaliable
