Who will I be supporting? 

• A fabulous young lady in her 20s who has autism, a moderate learning disability and epilepsy
• She is supported to live independently in her own home
• She can find change unsettling and experiences behaviours of distress, so it is essential that her support team have previous experienced
• She loves football, listening to music and being around her family – especially her nieces. She also enjoys spending time on her computer and loves shopping!

What will I be doing? 

• You will be supporting her to live her life how she chooses, to be herself, and to achieve her goals 
• You will be supporting her to increase her independent living skills through meal preparation, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning and laundry
• This young lady can complete her own personal care needs with some friendly prompts and encouragement

What shifts are available? 

• Day shifts from 10am one day until 10am the following day with a sleepover shift included
• Day shifts are 11am -7pm
• Standby shifts are also required in case of emergencies
• Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance
