We support three gentlemen and one lady with learning difficulties, they need 24/7 support so sleep in shifts are part of the job role. One person uses a wheelchair, needing total support in all areas of daily living. They enjoy accessing local amenities and events, also they enjoy different activities in house such as music, sensory, being read to, cooking and art work
We have full time positions available and have flexibility to offer part time . Shift times are flexible but consist of earlies, lates and sleep ins. You will work on a rota basis and will have this 4 weeks in advance.

The role will involve:
Full support with personal care and Manual Handling
Meal preparation
Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry
Supporting with medication
Supporting and encouraging people to take part in activities they like and enjoy
Being pro-active and thinking outside the box
