Who will I be supporting?
You will be supporting a fabulous lady in her 40s to continue to live independently in her family home and getting her out and about doing the activities she loves to do.
She has a mild learning disability, cerebral palsy and she is a wheelchair user.
She is a fun loving, sociable lady who loves Harry Potter, going ice skating, going bowling, taking trips to the coast and eating out!
What will I be doing?
She would like support to live her life how she chooses, to be herself and to achieve her goals
You will be supporting her with her personal care, food preparation, getting out and about and maintaining her social life
As this lady is a wheelchair user, there will be elements of moving and handling as part of this role – full training will be provided
What shifts are available?
This lady is supported by two support workers at all times due to her mobility needs
Monday to Friday – 9am-3pm
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
