Two ladies who Dimensions support at their supported living home in Upper Parkstone, Poole would like some new Female Support Workers to join the team who enable them to live an independent life.
The ladies who are aged in their 20’s-30’s, are autistic/have learning disabilities. They would be happy to meet either full or part-time Female Support Workers who would like to get involved in activities such as:
One of the ladies uses a wheelchair to meet her mobility needs all the time, the other when out of the house but as you can see it doesn’t stop them living an active life.
Shifts run 07.00-14.30 or 14.30-22.00. There are also long days available, and we need support workers to be able to work sleep in shifts. Dimensions can pay Female Support Workers £11.50 per hour (Sleep in rate is £45 per night).
Support Workers may also have to assist with finances, meal preparation and prompt and assist the ladies with their personal care.
Although you do not need previous experience for this role, as Dimensions provide full training (both theory and practical) to all Female Support Workers.
