About the person we support:
We support 1 intelligent lady in her 60s who loves socialising with friends in Cafes and out in the community.
She has Autism and can experience behaviours of anxiety and we are supporting them in their own home.
A sharp & routine driven support worker with a good initiative would be a wonderful match for this individual.
What will I be doing?
Day to day you will be supporting her to live their lives how they choose and maintain relationships with friends and family.
Support will include wheelchair assistance (when in the community), meal preparation, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
What shifts are available?
Day shifts - 6pm- 10pm (often followed by Sleep-in shift)
Day shifts – 10am – 6pm
Long Day Sleep shifts – 10am – 10am the following day
Sleep-in Shifts – Paid at £45 per shift
We’re looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes weekdays and weekends
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance- something we’re really passionate about!
