Female Support Worker
£10.90 per hour + £45 per sleep in
Part time - 12 hours

Who will I be supporting?
- Two ladies with learning disabilities and autism
- The ladies love shopping and going out to the cinema to watch the latest movies
- They also enjoy staying at home and relaxing
- No two days are the same, so if you like being busy, you will really enjoy being part of their support team!
It is essential you hold a full manual UK or EU driving licence for this role, as the people we support have a Mobility Vehicle that their support workers need to drive for them – to be able to drive a Mobility Vehicle you need to have a full UK or EU licence.

What will I be doing?
- You will be supporting the ladies to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their goals
- Day to day, they'd like support with their personal care, medication, meal preparation, and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Ladies would need emotional reassurance and support when experiencing behaviours of distress, also encouraging positive behaviours
- This is in addition to having lots of fun and engaging in the activities they enjoy!

What shifts are available?
- Shifts are typically 7am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm
- There are also sleep in shifts and expectation of weekend work
- We are looking for people with availability to work a combination of these shifts on a rota basis
- Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work/life balance - something we're really passionate about!
