About the Homes:

Are you passionate about making a difference? Do you have a love for music, creativity, and helping others lead fulfilling lives? We have an exciting opportunity for female support workers to join our team and work with two amazing women in their own homes in Stowmarket.

In the first home, we're here to support a woman in her 20s. She's got a real passion for music, loves a good night out, and can often be found strumming away on her guitar. With a liking for all things colourful and creative, she's known for crafting support workers out of unlikely materials!

In the second home, we're creating a supportive space for a woman in her late 30s. She finds joy in capturing special moments with her camera, finds pleasure in visiting historical homes and exploring National Trust trails, and treating herself to a bit of pampering every now and then.

What You'll Do:

  • Offer emotional support and guidance.
  • Promote independence while providing gentle encouragement and prompting.
  • Support with medication management and personal care needs.
  • Accompany individuals on outings and ensure their safety and well-being.
