£10.60 ph.


As a Floating Support Worker for Dimensions, your job will be to work with many different people, supporting them to maintain their health and wellbeing while living happy and fulfilled lives.  Our Floating Support team works as an internal staffing agency, covering shifts for different locations within our organisation while working to the same high standards as the core support teams.  Fully comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the best skills for the job.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the country’s leading care service providers and become part of the new Floating Support team for Dimensions.

Contracted hours are guaranteed and we offer part-time and fulltime contracts.

Floating Support Worker duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Work across multiple locations
  • Assisting with activities
  • Supporting with accessing the community
  • Providing personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Money handling
  • Food preparation
  • Keeping training up to date
  • Monitoring health and wellbeing
  • Recording accurate and factual notes

A full UK driving license would be beneficial but not essential.  We offer a Help To Drive scheme to support our staff with learning to drive.
