Ensuring Dimensions Housing achieves a strong financial performance. Providing financial advice and support to the Housing team ensuring decisions are made in line with organisational expectations. Ensuring that financial information is timely and accurate and that Housing staff follow the company’s procedures as set down in the Finance Manual and Corporate Policies documents. The most important element is your understanding and expertise in the area of (housing) development finance as you will be working closely with this team in ensuring that our finances are on track, risks are identified and mitigated and that you work in partnership.
