Dimensions are creating a centralised Housing Hub and are looking for a Team Leader to support and influence the creation and vision of the service provided by the team.
The Team Leader will be assisting with two phases of the project, beginning with bringing the housing repairs calls in house (from an external call centre), taking repair order phone calls, line management of the existing Housing Hub team to ensure the smooth transition of this process, and ensuring customer service is of a high standard to all our stakeholders.
The role will require someone with resilience and strength to guide the existing team and company through this changing environment in a positive and professional manner.
