Housing Hub Team Leader

Dimensions are creating a centralised Housing Hub and are looking for a Team Leader to support and influence the creation and vision of the service provided by the team.

The Team Leader will be assisting with two phases of the project, beginning with bringing the housing repairs calls in house (from an external call centre), taking repair order phone calls, line management of the existing Housing Hub team to ensure the smooth transition of this process, and ensuring customer service is of a high standard to all our stakeholders.

The role will require someone with resilience and strength to guide the existing team and company through this changing environment in a positive and professional manner.

Interviews will take place on the 4th November via Microsoft teams.

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

  • Consistently provide an excellent customer centred service to all those contacting the Housing Hub
  • Assisting management with the development and introduction of the new Housing Hub and associated ways of working
  • Co-ordinate the Housing Hub resources, ensuring that colleagues from across the Housing service are engaged with and supporting the agreed Housing Hub outcomes.
  • Line management and daily support of the Housing Hub team

About you

The successful applicant will have: 

  • Have an understanding of housing repairs and building components
  • Previously work within a call centre environment
  • Demonstrate managing or supervision of a team
  • Demonstrate experience of data management and confidentiality
