HR Analyst - Part-time

Develop and maintain accurate records relating to pay, terms and conditions, benefits, colleague survey and implementation strategies, and produce and analyse reports in relation to the same, including taking responsibility and recommending actions, benefit suppliers, processes and improvements within defined areas.

The hours available to work are 22.5 a week. The full-time salary is £39,654 pro-rata salary of £23,792.

Interviews will take place on the 5th March via Microsoft teams.

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

  • Maintain accurate central records of all pay tables, TUPE terms & conditions and implementation of pay strategy across the Group to ensure accuracy, efficiency and help improve processes and consistency.
  • Model pay review costings and conduct pay benchmarking.
  • Coordinate annual colleague survey launch and produce & analyse results.
  • Manage benefits scheme such as EAP, Health Cash Plan, Shopping Discounts. including administration and communication.
  • Collect, analyse and interpret HR data to develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports in line with HR remuneration strategy including colleague turnover reports, gender, ethnicity and pay gap reports.

About you

The successful applicant will have: 

  • Experience in developing metrics and reports with data analysis ability
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to recommend actions, and improvements to processes within defined areas.
  • Sound knowledge of current employment legislation and ability to translate this into the workplace.
