Develop and maintain accurate records relating to pay, terms and conditions, benefits, colleague survey and implementation strategies, and produce and analyse reports in relation to the same, including taking responsibility and recommending actions, benefit suppliers, processes and improvements within defined areas.
The hours available to work are 22.5 a week. The full-time salary is £39,654 pro-rata salary of £23,792.
