Work as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely payment to c.8,000 employees across four monthly payrolls.

Interviews will take place on the 6th & 10th June via Microsoft teams.

The role is home based and occasional travel to team meetings will be required.

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

  • Maintain the filing and scanning of all payroll input
  • Print, check and input monthly timesheets and other input such as location changes, change of hours, suspensions, unpaid leave requests and Attachment of Earnings
  • Identify, investigate and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
  • Calculate PAYE and National Insurance liabilities for payment to HMRC

About you

The successful applicant will have: 

  • Be educated to a minimum of GCSE’s level or equivalent
  • Able to demonstrate a good understanding of payroll practices
  • Have an understanding of the purpose and role of a payroll service
  • Be an excellent communicator
