Are you experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities? Join our innovative team based in Bracknell where you can lead by example, enjoying an excellent training programme, strong career progression - and deliver outstanding support.

We are looking for a female Lead support worker to work with a young lady who has complex Epilepsy and requires 24hr support. This lady loves going out into the community and will need lots of encouragement to engage in activities. She likes swimming and bowling along with lots of other things.

You will be joining a small team working a variety of shifts including late's, early's and every other weekend. there will be lone working, so we are looking for individuals who proactive to ensure tasks are being delivered. The location is on a local bus route.
