Lead Support Worker
Salary: £20,648.63 per annum
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Full drivers licence required (no car needed)
At Dimensions, we are looking our next Lead Support Worker in Headington experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities where you can lead by example. You will be supporting the management to update paperwork and systems to ensure we are maintaining compliance and safety in the service. You will act as a positive role model and support with inducting new staff. The successful candidate will be caring and compassionate, organised and have good IT skills.

Shift patterns may vary throughout the week between the hours of 7am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
