Lead Support Worker

Supporting 5 people aged in their 40’s-70’s, and who have learning disabilities, Lead Support Workers will empower their independence by ensuring they live the life they want to and expanding their horizons whilst leading by example and supporting Support Worker colleagues. Activities the people we support enjoy include:

• Going out for long drives in their car (it must be said that for this lady the journey is as important as the destination)
• Trips to the pub for meals
• Arts and Crafts at home
• Days out at Frimley Lodge Park
• Planning, and going on, holiday

We are pleased to be able to offer a payrate of £12.34 per hour for this position.
