We are recruiting for a Lead Support Worker in Farnborough to work alongside the Locality Manager supporting 5 people within a shared supported living home. They all have their own amazing personalities and are looking for someone to come and join their team to help them fulfil their lives and continue to enjoy the activities they love to do

Do you enjoy any of the following?

• Going to the cinema
• Watching movies
• Listening to music, especially Meat Loaf, Queen, Michael Jackson, Simply Red to name a few
• Going out for cake and a coffee
• Going out to the seaside for walk along the coast

The role:

• Supporting with full personal care / manual handling
• Preparing meals and supporting with feeding
• Supporting with Medication
• Supporting with shopping, cooking and laundry
