Pay rate: £11.55 per hour and £45 per sleep-in shift
Part time role: 22.5 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a Male Support Worker in the Quinton area of Birmingham to join our team, on a part time basis (22.5 hours). You will be working as a part of our team supporting one gentleman with learning disabilities and autism. You will support with aspects of his life including his full personal care and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and laundry. Positive Behaviour Support training will be provided for this role as the gentleman we support does, at times, experience behaviours of distress. It is preferable that you have previous experience of working with adults with autism, learning disabilities and managing behaviours of distress.

Shift Pattern - 7:00am-10:00pm followed by the sleep-in shift. Sleep-ins are a requirement. We are looking for people with the flexibility to work across our rota which will include both weekdays and weekends.
