Who will I be supporting? 

  • A gentleman in his 60s with a severe learning disability
  • He lives in his own supported living home
  • He has a great relationship with his family, and he loves going horse riding, swimming, and going for walks
  • He also likes toys that squeak, Mars bars and biscuits!
  • He has a funded car to further support his independence, so it is essential that his team each have a full UK driving licence and are over the age of 25 for car insurance purposes

What will I be doing? 

  • You will be supporting this gentleman to live his life how he chooses, to be himself and to achieve his goals
  • You will be supporting with full personal care, medication, meal preparation, and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry    
  • You will also be supporting him to maintain his mental wellbeing

What shifts are available? 

  • Shifts are typically 10am one day until 10am the following day with a sleep-in shift included
  • We’re looking for people with flexibility to work these shifts on a rota that includes weekdays and weekends
  • Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance
