Job Summary

We are recruiting experienced, highly skilled, resilient, and kind support workers on either a full time or part time contract, where you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are changing someone’s life every day, and in return we will help your career be the best it can be with our excellent colleague benefits and development opportunities.

Dimensions support 6 people in a supported living home close to the centre of Bricket Wood, St Albans. This home is 10 minutes from Junction 22 on the M25, 15 minutes from Watford and 20 minutes from Hatfield and we offer free parking on site!

We are looking for several new team members to share a person's day; being inspired to offer and engage with fun and varied activities such as community-based activities, board games, computer games, swimming, bowling, long walks in the woods, pub lunches, social clubs and going to the gym and any other educational and leisure-based activities people are interested in trying.

Fun, fulfilling and no two days are the same - Part of your role will be to support people with their personal care, managing and maintaining nutrition, budgeting, and finances, developing, and maintaining family or other personal relationships and support with collecting prescriptions and administering medication.

As we take every opportunity to support people to live the lives they want, there will be elements of driving, either mobility vehicle or your own car, to support people to their chosen activities, therefore drivers are essential for this role.
