Position: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £11.70 per hour (£50 per sleep-in shift)
Location: Newbury, RG14 (Just a 6min drive from Newbury Train Station)

Meet an intelligent and lively gentleman in his 30s who resides in his own home and needs your support to thrive. His passions include:

  • Loving Animals: Enjoying time with his cat and loving dogs.
  • Cinemas & Meals Out: Delighting in movie nights and dining experiences.
  • Socializing: Savouring cups of tea and good conversations.
  • Family Time: Keeping close ties with his family, who are a big part of his life.

He is very intelligent, funny, and outgoing. If you have a good sense of humour, are reliable, and value punctuality, you’ll fit right in!

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Empowering Independence: Help him live his life the way he chooses, promoting his choices and helping him achieve his personal goals.
  • Daily Living Support: Provide verbal prompts for personal care, meal preparation, medication, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

Shift Patterns

  • Day Shifts: 7am – 2:30pm
  • Day Shifts: 2:30pm - 10pm
  • Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm - 7am (Paid To Sleep)

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
