PMO Analyst

At Dimensions we are embarking on an exciting programme of change that will transform our organisation and ways of working by implementing a new target operating model and replacing our current finance and people management systems.

We are seeking a proactive pmo analyst to join our recently formed Group Programme Management Office. Your main focus will be supporting the delivery of projects within the target operating model.

If you are experienced in providing pmo support to complex programmes and have an understanding of transformational change then this could be the role for you.

Interviews will take place on Tuesday 31st May Microsoft Teams.

About you

The successful candidate will:

• Track projects and key data to ensure accurate reporting of costs, progress, risks, issues, dependencies, scope and benefits.
• Develop status reports to be presented to monthly Group Programme Board and other governance committees.
• Provide guidance to project team members on the application of the Group’s project management standards, tools and techniques – including lessons learned, project initiation, planning, RAID, change controls, benefits tracking and project closure.
• Review projects to ensure compliance with reporting standards and that projects are planned and executed in-line with the Group’s project management methodology.
