What you'll do as a Dimensions Relief Support Worker

  • Empower and encourage the people we support so that they may live their best lives - the lives that they choose. You'll achieve this by being actively - and enthusiastically - involved with every aspect of their daily lives (i.e., supporting them with shopping, their hobbies, their housework, etc.)
  • Respectfully provide intimate personal care, prompting and mobility assistance when required (i.e., some of those we support might use wheelchairs and hoists, etc.)
  • Administer medication and PEG tubes (if required)
  • Co-produce and design personalised support plans in partnership with the people we support, their family and your colleagues
  • Write and maintain written records and use IT system

Hours and Shifts

We offer a wide range of shifts (including earlies, weekends, waking nights and sleep-ins). There is no obligation to accept shifts, so you can fit your work schedule around your personal commitments and lifestyle.
