Relief work offers ultimate flexibility - with no obligation to accept shifts you can fit your work around your personal commitments. Whether you have supported people with learning disabilities before, or you are looking for a change of career, we would love to hear from you!

We’re currently recruiting Relief Support Workers for our fun and friendly teams in Wakefield, where we support people who have learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, emotional and mental health needs, to live their lives as independently as possible!
The level of support we provide varies from person to person but typically includes personal care, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Aside from supporting with daily routines, we also have so much fun getting involved in the activities and hobbies that the people we support enjoy, from going out to dinner, going to gigs and concerts, going on holidays to BBQs with friends and family, playing on computer games and watching movies – no two days are the same for a Relief Support Worker!
We’re looking for people who are open and able to adapt to supporting people across our supported living and outreach services.
