Location: Wolverhampton, WV4 (Just a 20min Walk from Penn Hospital)
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour (+ 12.07% holiday accrual)
Position: Relief / Bank (Flexible Hours)

Who Will You Be Supporting?
You’ll support two amazing men in their 30s and 40s who are full of life and enjoy a wide variety of activities:
- Vibrant Gent: A social butterfly with a passion for karaoke and all things Elvis. He loves tending to his allotment, going to the gym, attending social clubs, and watching action or horror films. He’s humorous, chatty, and friendly, making every day enjoyable.
- Independent Gent: Highly independent, he enjoys exploring places like Birmingham and Merry Hill, playing games, and focusing on healthy eating. He’s also a regular at the gym and social clubs and loves attending bingo and cinema outings.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored support, empowering these gentlemen to live independently and enjoy life to the fullest.
- Daily Living Support: Assist with meal prep, medication administration, and promoting independence.
- Activity Engagement: Join them in their favorite hobbies and outings, including karaoke, gym visits, and social events.
- Encourage Independence: Support them in managing their routines, staying organized, and making healthy choices.
- Outreach Support: Provide 7 hours of outreach support weekly, including a 10am-3pm shift on Fridays.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re patient, well-organized, and have a passion for music, social activities, and promoting independence.
Shift Patterns
Flexible shifts are available to suit your lifestyle:
- Day Shifts: 7am - 2:30pm / 2:30pm - 10pm
- Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm - 7am (Paid to Sleep)
- Outreach Shift: Fridays, 10am - 3pm
Rotas are provided in advance to help you balance work and personal life.
