We are looking for thoughtful, caring and inspiring people to join our team of support workers in Cardiff, CF3. Dimensions provide life changing support to people with learning disabilities and autism throughout England and Wales.  We often find great talent from retail, cleaning and hospitality backgrounds, but no matter what your experience, we want to hear from you.  This is your opportunity to start a career where you are genuinely changing people’s lives and to join an award winning team in the process.

The role will involve

• Helping them to live the individual life they want
• Provide full support with personal care and manual handling
• Supporting with medication
• To support them to engage in the activities they enjoy
• Supporting them in the community and attending days centres

The gentlemen you will be supporting are very active and enjoy going swimming so you will be required to assist and take part in this activity, they love music and going to Church.

We have days, nights and sleep ins available, shift patterns available from 9.30am - 10.30pm
