Dimensions are one of the country’s largest not-for-profit organisations supporting people with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs and we are driven by our values.  People with learning disabilities and their families are at the heart of everything we do. 

You will support a lady in her 50s who love doing a bit shopping, playing her music, arts and crafts and going on day trips. 
She has a mild disability and personailty disorver, therefore having patience, empathy and understaning is an important part of this role. Building good a relationship is vital, alone with strong and consist support to prevent behaviours which may challenge. You will need to keep a written record of activity using IT systems, including updating of support plans and health and safeft records. 

No personal care and manual handling involved, but you will adminstrate medication.

Shifts pattern will vary throughout the week between the hours of 8am - 8pm, plus sleep Ins. (Will also include alternate weekends)

Having a full drivers licence is an advantage and there is parking at the home. Links to public transport are good.
