We are expanding within the Guisbrough area of Redcar & Cleveland and are looking for a part time female Support Worker to work with us to support a young lady with learning disabilities to transition from school into day service.
Initially the transition work will be a few hours a week getting to know them and their family after school on an evening, while working in existing Dimensions services locally, and some time spent working with management to commission the service. You will form part of building blocks of the wider support team as we slowly introduce more support.
The final shift patterns will be Monday to Friday 0830 - 1630, with on call duties. This role has the potential with in one year to include more working hours if you would like this.
