Start your day knowing you’ll make a difference - we are looking for a Female to join our team of Support Workers in Cardiff and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support.

A full drivers licence is essential for this role.

This role will involve you supporting four ladies (three in the main house and one in an annex) aged in their 20's and 60's. The lady in the annex has limited support in the mornings. They are all very active and enjoy activities such as singing , bingo,  bowling and walking. They also do some voluntary work at a local dog rescue center and farm. 

You will help, encourage, support and teach the people we support to do their housework, including cleaning and laundry and manage their home. You will support, encourage and teach people to maintain personal as required, such as dressing themselves, showering/bathing, using the toilet, etc..

You’ll be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota and this will include sleep in shifts. The location is easily accessible by public transport in the St Mellon's area of Cardiff.
