We are recruiting for a new service in Penarth!
The role involves supporting a lady in her 40s who loves to do yoga, painting, drawing, bowling, shopping, eating out and loves to spectate at sporting events!
If you enjoy doing some of these activities, this could be the job for you!
She lives in a lovely house with her parents and she also has extended family, therefore building and maintaining relationships is a really important part of your role.
She has learning disabilities, epilepsy and can struggle to communicate, so patience is a key value for her support team.
She will need full support with personal care, support with taking medication and eating.
(No manual handling involved)
Having a full drivers licence is preferred due to her having her own vehicle.
Shift Patterns -
This can vary week on week, but generally shifts are from 7am - 4pm / 4pm - 9pm / 9am - 9pm (Including alternate weekends and bank holidays) with one person doing a Waking night.
