Start your day knowing you’ll make a difference - we are looking for a female to join our team of Support Workers in Sheffield S6 and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support.
Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism
We are looking for a female support worker to support a lady within her 30s who has autism and lives in her own bungalow in the S6 area of Sheffield. She has a wicked sense of humour and will say it how it is! She is very routine based and likes to follow these routines and will ask plenty of questions along the way. During the night she can have a very broken sleep pattern and this can be affected if an event is happening as she can be very excited, so will need encouragement to go back to bed.
You will be providing support from 3.30pm through until 9am the next day, so we require someone who is happy working this shift pattern
Her family are a huge part of her life and are heavily involved in the support we provide for her, they are looking for someone who will be compassionate to her needs and be very domesticated!
