We are looking to recruit compassionate, courageous, and ambitious people who boast integrity, who champion respect and who have a genuine interest in - and a passion for - supporting others to work flexibly with us. You will be supporting a group of ladies who have resided together for some years now. They have a great relationship, and they enjoy going out together for shopping, dinner, movies and a pamper sessions! 

No two days will be the same, you will enjoy variety and assist these ladies in the following ways:

  • Supporting, encouraging, and teaching them to maintain personal and intimate care as required, such as dressing themselves, showering/bathing, using the toilet, etc.
  • Supporting and encouraging them to find opportunities in education, employment, and leisure, and enable them to take part in these opportunities.
  • Supporting them with their day-to-day travel arrangements and holidays as required.
  • Helping the people we support to manage their own money.
  • Helping, encouraging, supporting, and teaching the people we support to do their housework, including cleaning and laundry
  • and having fun!
