Female Support Worker - £10.90 – Full Time  35hrs a week!

We are looking for proactive, engaging and caring people to join experienced colleagues across our 4 homes for adults, with moderate to profound  learning disabilities, in Lincoln. Your entire shift will be based at one location however we require DRIVERS with FULL UK driving licence and  ACCESS TO A CAR for easy commute across homes.

Every day will be busy and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to maintain their independence, develop new skills and embrace new opportunities. The people you will be supporting live busy lives and all of them want to be out and about and making the most of each day. 

You will be working with dynamic colleagues, and for a passionate and engaged manager who has a strong commitment both to her staff team and the people you will be supporting.

The people we support have stated that they would love to be supported by someone with up -beat personality, energetic person, someone who would have a smile on and be able to pass that energy on.

You will be expected to work the below rota:

Mon 8am-11pm sleeping

Tue 7-9 am

Fri 3-9

Sat 8am-7pm

Sun day off

Thu 8am-8pm
