Support Worker - Male

Start your day knowing you’ll make a difference - we are looking for males to join our team of Support Workers in the S4 area of Sheffield and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support.

Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism

You will be working in several services on primarily a 1:1 basis with several people we support. The people we support have a variety of interests including going to football matches, gardening and going out in the car. Each person we work with requires support at all times and have some mobility, communication and sensory needs. There’s a separate bedroom for Support Workers who are required to stay overnight; and you’ll be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota. The locations are easily accessible by public transport and have parking available for those Support Workers who work nights.

"Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010."

Dimensions is proud to be one of very few social care organisations that are accredited by the Great Places To Work programme 2022
