Support Worker Open Day

Do you live in Bristol, Bath, Chippenham, Malmesbury, or Trowbridge? Are you an experienced support worker or carer looking to continue doing what you love but would like to work with a pioneering, award-winning, not-for-profit organisation whose outstanding levels of care and support also extend to their colleagues? Perhaps you've always been thinking of starting a career in care, but weren't sure if this kind of role was right for you? Whatever your circumstances, and whatever your questions, sign up to our recruitment open day, and we'll support you in finding out everything you need to know about the true art of care, and how you can become a Support Worker with us here at Dimensions.

On Tuesday 16th August 2022, we're hosting a face-to-face recruitment open day in Bath to inspire and reassure anyone looking to start a career in care by answering their burning questions, and for us to find several amazing people to join us as Support Workers in the areas of Bristol, Somerset, and Wiltshire.

About the Event

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Meet and Greet with locality managers and their teams as well as the people we support in one of the properties we manage.
  • Have open, honest discussions: You'll find out more about the true art of care; what it really takes to be a support worker, and to find out about both the good and the bad sides to these life-changing, life-enhancing roles.
  • Learn about why Dimensions is a fantastic organisation to work with and how we can support you in making positive changes in your life: you'll discover more about our generous colleague benefits, and why we've been recognised four years in a row as being one of the UK's 'Greatest Places to Work'.
  • Receive tips and advice on how to make a great application and for giving a great interview - whichever organisation that may be with!
  • To schedule an interview if you like what you've learned and you demonstrate our values and a sincerity for the role.
