Whilst you’re under no obligation to accept shifts, we do ask that you’re committed to supporting our permanent teams by working shifts where possible. Relief Support Workers are crucial members of the team that ensure consistent care across all services during busy periods, when permanent staff are unwell or on leave and they really do make the world of difference – seeing a friendly and familiar face is so important to the people we support when permanent team members aren’t available.

We have various relief contracts available on a pay rate of £9.50 - £10.24 per hour - as a Relief worker, your annual leave is accrued for each hour that you work and paid to you on a monthly basis bring each hour you work to £10.65- £11.48 per hour.
