WAKING NIGHT Support Workers opportunities in Upper Swainswick, Bath

• Annual Salary £22,486.67 with realistic earn up to salary of £28,781.04 PLUS company benefits
• Full-time or part-time hours

We are looking for proactive, confident, engaging and caring people to join a close-knit support team in Bath to provide the Waking Night support in a  family orientated home.  You will be supporting eight people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex health needs in a calm and reassuring manner, should they need you throughout the night.

Every night will be different - some nights will be quieter and you will then support with administration for the home, whilst other nights you will be on the go for most of the night. You need to demonstrate a high level of integrity and initiative to become a trusted member of our Waking Night Team.

Whilst you will only be working nights, there is an expectation that during your induction period, and for certain training and team events, you will be required to work some day hours.
