£10.50 per hour
Full-time, part-time or relief
9:30pm - 7:30am

Dimensions is looking for Waking Night Support Workers in Poundbury to support 4 individuals in their own flats at night.  

You will be working in a team of 4 to support with evening activities and monitoring individuals at night, sometimes you may be required to support to bed and get ready in the mornings led by the people we support.

The role will involve:

  • Checking the people we support at regular intervals to ensure they are comfortable
  • Provide personal care when and if required.
  • Conduct housework, including cleaning and laundry if required
  • You will keep written records, using IT systems to record daily notes, and be confident using our system’s to record incidents 
  • Ensure the premises is secure and safe during the night
