Job Opportunity: Support Worker (Full-time) Waking Nights

Location: Aldershot

Shift Pattern is 9:45pm - 7:45am

Our home in Aldershot supports three gentlemen and three ladies with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. 

About the Role:

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the people we support. You'll provide personalised support, offer companionship, and be there to assist with any needs that arise during the night.


  • 1:1 Support: Provide attentive support which is tailored to their unique needs.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure environment throughout the night.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with the person we support and his family, providing updates as needed.
  • Assistance: Support with tasks such as personal care, medication management, and any other support required.
