Our complex services are better suited to experienced Support Workers

  • Do you have ambition and strive to help others achieve their full potential?
  • Do you have the courage to work through challenges and make a difference?
  • Do you act with integrity and can be relied upon to do the right thing?
  • Do you work in partnership with others to achieve more for the people you support?
  • Do you respect others and recognise that every person's unique contribution is valuable?

Dimensions are one of the country’s largest not-for-profit organisations and we are driven by our values. The people we support and their families, are at the heart of everything we do!

We’re currently looking for experienced and empathetic Support Workers to join our fabulous support teams in Kenton to support people with learning disabilities, autism, complex mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge, to live their everyday lives in a way that’s meaningful and fulfilling to them.

Day to day you can expect to support people with their personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, grocery shopping and household tasks including cooking, cleaning and laundry.

The people we support in Kenton have a range of interests that include playing video games, watching YouTube, riding bikes, going out for meals, visiting friends and family, playing with remote control cars, making scrapbooks, going shopping, watching football and going to dog training. We provide person centred support where every individual is supported to pursue the activities and hobbies that are important to them.

We're currently looking for people to work pre-dominantly day shifts from 8am - 10pm, 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 10pm and 3pm - 8pm. We provide support 24/7 so we’re looking for people who can be flexible to work during the week, at weekends and the occasional bank holiday.

Dimensions are also proud to be one of very few social care organisations that have been recognised by the Great Places to Work programme in 2019, 2020 & 2021. As well as a comprehensive induction, full training and continued support from management, our colleagues have access to:
